When you call or email Duff & Associates, we need to know the following:

What county do you live in and do you meet the residency requirements?

Do you have children?

How long have you been married?

Are you currently living together?

Do you own a home?

Do you or your spouse have retirement or pension accounts?

Also, information on each spouse's income will help us determine if temporary spousal support is appropriate while the case is pending and help us estimate child support.
